THE MUSEUM SALMON FLY
The Atlantic Salmon Museum's mission is to preserve and promote the cultural and economic value of the Atlantic Salmon resource to the Miramichi River and NB. We also emphasize the importance of conservation so this valuable resource can be preserved for future generations.

Gold tag and ribs to reflect the very extensive collection of artifacts of fly fishing in NB
Cranberry Red butt representing one of New Brunswick's official colours
Silver body for the life and the history of a fresh Atlantic Salmon, the King of Gamefish
Black Bear hair for the wing representing all the programs developed by the Museum, especially for the next generation
Brown feather for the collar as reminder of the tea colored Miramichi River.
